Ran South on the trail to Antrim Lake, around the Lake and then back up the trail. A little hot but fun mixing it up with the bikers, inliners, and other runners and walkers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If interested in running with the intermediate group shoot me an email at &lt;a href="mailto:craigthompson@columbusmarathon.com"&gt;craigthompson@columbusmarathon.com&lt;/a&gt;. The beginning walking group walked 3 miles in the wooded trail; beginning run/walking groups ran in alternative 3:00 run/5:00 walk for 3 miles. The intermediate group ran a couple of trails for a total of 6 miles. Long advanced group (2) ran 15 miles.
